Signal Hill was recorded predominantly at Mattie's apartment in the west end of Toronto near the Humber River. All drum tracks were recorded in Brampton. 

The EP garnered Mattie and Mike an Emerging Artist Nomination at the 2018 Canadian Folk Music Awards
